Responsibilities
Do you have experience in a high-volume call center? We are conducting mass hiring for a client in Fort Lauderdale. This role requires an updated resume and is open to entry-level candidates with 6 months-1 year of Call Center experience. Flexibility with scheduling is essential, as shifts depend on availability, with some requiring weekend work.Two days off per week will be provided. Language requirements are based on the needs of specific roles (English only) or (bilingual w/ fluent in French or fluent in Spanish)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web based applications
- Knowledge about brand loyalty and concierge services
- strong interpersonal skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to engage with customers and create a positive customer experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily work processing deadlines
