Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Define and guide project scope, milestones, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders and teams.
• Solutions Development: Act as a bridge between business needs and IT solutions, translating requirements into actionable tasks with ability to manage backlog.
• Business Analysis: Document user requirements, assess current processes, and recommend improvements that maximize efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Project Execution: Oversee project activities, manage risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track within budget.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create functional specifications, process flows, and reports to ensure clarity, consistency, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP, CBAP, SCRUM, or Agile certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years as an analyst, project manager, or some combination of these experiences.
• SCRUM experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting teams to meet sprint goals and project outcomes.
• Strong business analysis skills with experience in process optimization, data analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Draw.io). Experience in generating insights to support strategic initiatives.
• Technical acumen with familiarity with project management methodologies, DevOps practices, and application modernization processes. Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Teams, ClickUp, and Smartsheet.
• Excellent communicator and problem-solver with a focus on practical, customer-centered solutions.
• Willingness to visit clients in person to collaborate.
