We are on the hunt for a Receptionist to be part of our dynamic team in the Real Estate - Sales & Lease industry. This role is situated in Rancho Mirage, California, and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Receptionist, you will be entrusted with maintaining effective communication channels, managing data entry tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a multi-line phone system and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills, addressing customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Undertake data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in maintaining customer records.
  • Handle email correspondence professionally, ensuring all communications are clear, concise, and timely.
  • Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to organize and manage files, schedule appointments, and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Harness your interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues. • Minimum of 1 year experience in a receptionist role or similar
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in answering multi-line phone systems
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy
  • Experience in detail oriented email correspondence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues
  • Experience in organizing files and maintaining an orderly work environment
  • Ability to schedule appointments, managing multiple calendars if necessary
  • Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, real estate sales and lease industry practices
