Data Quality Analyst - DQA-24-14538

Schedule: Hybrid (On-site 2 days/week)

Seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join the Data, Analytics, and Product Development Team. The role involves organizing, analyzing, and communicating data, building technology solutions, and improving programmatic and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure standard data handling and classification for effective analysis.
• Validate data for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data issues.
• Clean and manage large datasets efficiently.
• Audit and report data quality control for analysis and visualizations.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Excel, and related data analytics tools.
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and creating workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and quality control skills.
• Excellent communication abilities for explaining data systems to non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Public/Business Administration or equivalent field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles.
• NYC residency preferred.
