- Maintain strong organizational and time management practices
- Employ problem-solving skills to address complex logistics issues
- Handle billing functions and answer inbound calls where necessary.
- Proficiency in computer programs is required
- Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary
- Familiarity with ERP Solutions is expected
- Knowledge of IBM AS/400 is beneficial
- Proficiency in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is desired
- Experience with About Time software is required
- Ability to handle answering inbound calls is essential
- Experience with billing functions is a must
- Excellent communication skills are needed
- Strong customer service skills are required
- Fluency in the Spanish language
- Ability to perform Spanish translation is desired
