Responsibilities:
- Accept and dispatch service calls
- Communicate with Technicians scheduled service calls
- Check Technicians in and out of service calls updating customer portals accordingly
- “Time Stamp” field technicians for dispatch, arrival and completed times in the computer system
- Generate monthly preventative maintenance calls
Qualifications:
- Schedule availability: 9:30am to 6:00 pm
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years working in a fast paced, customer focused environment
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment, with limited supervision & make accurate decisions quickly
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter
