[ref. r2498624] Sales Operations Analyst Sr.-Hybrid
Overview:
The Sales Operations Analyst Sr. will support the strategic objectives of the Retail Banking & Loan Centers division by managing incentive programs to motivate and reward sales team, analyze sales data to identify trends, build complex excel models to support decision-making, and collaborate with executive leadership to communicate insights and drive performance improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the daily operations of the sales incentive program, including data entries, calculations, reporting, and data hygiene
- Ensure incentives payouts are applied correctly and timely adhering to policies and procedures
- Conduct detailed sales forecasts based on historical data, seasonal trends, and economic factors to guide business planning and resource allocation
- Conduct "what-if" analyses to evaluate the potential impacts of market shifts and incentive plans
- Utilize data visualization tools to present complex forecasts and analytical results in an easily understandable format
- Analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness and success of the sales incentive program
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to provide leadership with data-driven insights to optimize performance and achieve strategic goals
- Conduct user acceptance testing for sales incentive systems integration
- Prepare timely and accurate progress reports utilizing multiple databases and software applications, ensuring consistency, standardization and compliance
- Support sales teams, including Management, with questions and research items
- Support training to the sales team, including Management, regarding incentive plan programs
- Be a trusted advisor to the sales organization and recommend solutions for continuous process improvements
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement the sales goals, aligning with the credit union's overall business objectives
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage
- Work within their team and have a direct impact on themselves and their direct processes.

Qualifications:
Education- Min/Preferred: Preferred
- Education Level: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- Description: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5
- Preferred Years of Experience:
- Comments: Five years in data analysis, business analysis, sales operations or a similar role within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Works well in a deadline-driven environment with the ability to handle multiple and competing priorities.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- A strong working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of office products and web design software, including advance Excel abilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of banking products, systems, procedures, regulations, business acumen and ability to interpret data to make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels across the organization and with external company representatives and vendors. Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate large and complex data sets into understandable conclusions and, where applicable, actionable solutions.
- Advanced data mining, performance metrics and reporting, vendor management, change management and report writing.
