Make a Difference Every Day as a Rehabilitation Counselor!
As a Rehabilitation Counselor, you’ll take the lead in providing daily services and support to individuals served, ensuring their well-being and progress. With your expertise in crisis de-escalation and strong interpersonal skills, you’ll guide not only those in need but also collaborate with your team and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Resolution of Complaints
- Mental Health Interventions
- Promote Success and Skill Development
- Document Symptoms and Interventions
- Community Reintegration Support
Assists individuals in gaining skills necessary for community reintegration, including social skills, communication, ADLs, and coping strategies for successful behavior in society.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Behavioral Sciences, or related field.
Experience:
- Required: Two (2) years’ experience working in an acute, long-term and/ or residential mental health setting. Population experience must include those experiencing psychosis or severe mood dysregulation.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Preferred: Possession of a valid driver’s license as the position may require driving company vehicles.
Available Shifts: Friday - Tuesday - 3pm - 11:30pm
Wednesday - Sunday - 3pm - 11:30pm
