job summary:
As an assembler, you will assemble products from various stages according to guidelines and specifications. Maintain safe and clean working environment in compliance with procedures, rules and regulations. Keep equipment operational with preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshoot malfunctions; and call for repairs.
This job requires bending, lifting, standing and walking. Affix sub-assemblies to main assemblies (i.e. chassis, gears, housings, transmissions), review work orders and blueprints and engineering specifications to ensure work is performed according to specs., position controls mechanisms and connective levers and rods with correct bolts, rivets or other fasteners as required, set clearances between parts to prescribed tolerances, file edges and ream holes to properly align parts and components, perform quality checks on products and parts and provide corrective action as needed.

work hours: 6:00AM to 2:30PM

qualifications:

VMS Assignment ID
up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)

skills:

Inspect quality and defects of products
Use measurement devices such as calipers & micrometers
Assemble products according to specifications

dress code:

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips are required. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Steel toe boots/shoes are required for this position.
