Manufacturing Operations Manager

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a large manufacturing client to recruit and hire an Area Operations Manager in the Nashville, TN metro area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee fabrication processes, including material handling, welding (manual and robotic), and coating.
• Lead, mentor, and support production supervisors and support staff.
• Ensure products are made on time and within budget
• Ensure products meet quality standards
• Identify problems and take corrective action
• Communicate with all levels of the plant.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or engineering
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing and supervision
• Experience with fabrication and heavy equipment manufacturing, welding, laser cutting, robotics, lean production principles and metrics.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
