Robert Half - Staff Accountant

We are seeking a Temporary Staff Accountant with experience in bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close procedures to cover for a leave of absence at our Hollywood location. Candidates with prior experience in the entertainment or media industry and working knowledge of Sage Intacct software are particularly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Process bank reconciliations and handle journal entry management.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports.
• Perform balance sheet and general ledger management.
• Assist in the preparation of yearly budgets and monthly financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proven experience in handling bank reconciliations and managing journal entries.
• Familiarity with month-end closing procedures.
• Experience with Sage Intacct accounting software is a plus.
• Preferably with prior experience in entertainment or media industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach.
