Technical Project Manager
The IT Project Manager will coordinate internal teams, communicate with stakeholders, and manage project scope, resources, and risks.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, manage, and oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring projects stay within scope.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution of IT projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project documentation, including reports, contracts, and deliverables, are maintained and up to date.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with technical teams, sales, and support teams to align project objectives and client expectations.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Required:
- 3+ years of project management experience in IT services, MSP, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and managed services environments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ConnectWise, Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- PMP, or other relevant project management certification.
- Experience working in an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- In office work is required, customer on-site work will be required from time to time.
- Collaboration with technical teams, sales, and clients to ensure project success.
- Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability to shifting priorities.
TRAVEL:
The position is based in downtown Orlando and may require some planned travel to other states which would total less than 18% of workdays. Enterfusion has a strong presence in FL, PA, and GA with a growing presence in 7 additional states.

Annual salary of $90,000-110,000/year based on experience, paid vacation, health insurance plans, retirement program, disability insurance, and life insurance.
