responsibilities:
- Oversee an accounts payable team and direct the timely processing of invoices and payments
- Analyze cash flow reports, manage expense accounts, and prepare insightful budget reports that inform strategic decisions.
- Develop guidelines for the handling and coding of invoices to maintain accurate general ledger expense accounts and inventory records.
- Review expense reports and invoices for precision and eligibility, verifying payments through checks and vouchers.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
qualifications:
- 5 plus years of relevant experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Strong managerial and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Meticulous organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
