• Implement and manage BusinessObjects Technologies to enhance business processes and operations.
• Utilize Cloud Technologies to streamline and enhance our client services.
• Implement and manage Core HR functions to ensure efficient human resource operations.
• Conduct Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Utilize About Time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Implement AB Testing strategies to optimize business operations and client services.
• Oversee Benefit Functions to ensure the effective management of employee benefits.
• Implement Business Process Functions to enhance overall business operations.
• Manage Configuration Management processes to ensure the efficient organization and accessibility of project resources.
• Proficiency in ADP
• Financial Services is required
• Familiarity with BusinessObjects Technologies is a must
• Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud Technologies is necessary
• Mastery in Core HR is expected
• Capability to perform Gap Analysis is essential
• Experience with About Time software is crucial
• Proficiency in AB Testing is needed
