While completing this audit you will typically follow a checklist detailing various things you should witness (training records, calibration records, work instruction revisions, etc). While witnessing the operator build the product you observe that the adhesive they are using expired at the end of their shift the previous day. The operator has been using this adhesive for several hours of the current working day.
