Associate

We are seeking an Associate to join our team located in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The primary function of this role is to represent clients in civil matters within a law firm setting. This role does not specify the type of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation to clients in civil matters.
• Work as part of a team to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Handle deposition and motion activities.
• Employ your litigation experience in various practice areas such as employment, construction, torts, and business litigation.
• Maintain excellent client relations.
• Showcase your attention to detail and organizational skills in managing client cases.
• Draft legal documents, conduct research, and demonstrate excellent analytical skills.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Show a strong work ethic and professionalism in all dealings.
• Utilize your skills in various aspects of litigation such as civil, defense, complex business, commercial, construction, employment, pre-litigation, processes, document filing, etc.Malrborough
• Must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate.
• Proficiency in Litigation including Civil Litigation, Defense Litigation, Complex Business Litigation, and Commercial Litigation is required.
• Experience in Construction Litigation and Employment Litigation is desirable.
• Hands-on experience in Pre-Litigation processes, Litigation Documents, and Litigation Filing.
• Must possess strong skills in Legal Research and drafting Legal Memoranda.
• Ability to draft documents including Draft Legal Documents and Draft Motions is essential.
• Experience in handling Motions and providing Deposition Summary.
• Prior experience as a Litigation Attorney would be a plus.
• Must have demonstrable Litigation Experience.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country.
