We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. The Office Manager will be the first point of contact for our client's office, managing front desk duties, event preparation, and travel arrangements.

The industry we operate in requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. This position offers a salary of $50,000-$60,000 and offers a full benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and perform tasks such as greeting guests, answering inbound calls, and managing the telephone answering system.
  • Coordinate event preparation, including ordering food and other necessary supplies.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for various parties associated with the company.
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies as necessary.
  • Conduct reconciliations for FedEx services utilized by the company.
  • Utilize CRM and Concur systems to process customer applications and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status.
  • Maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as an Office Manager
  • Proficiency in using Concur for travel and expense management
  • Experience using CRM systems for client and relationship management
  • Ability to handle and manage answering inbound calls efficiently
  • Experience with Telephone Answering Systems
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked at all times
  • Experience with ordering office supplies as per the requirement
  • Familiarity with FedEx for managing and tracking shipments
  • Proven experience in event planning, including logistics, vendor management, and coordination.
