Requirements:
- Bachelor-s degree in an Engineering, Technical, Business, Computer Science or IT discipline
- Minimum three years of experience, prefer at least three of those years of experience must include supporting military programs
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Navy C4I systems is preferred
Description:
- Conducts organizational studies and evaluations
- Designs systems and procedures
- Conducts work simplification and measurement studies, and prepares operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
