We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Annapolis, Maryland. The role is within the technology industry and will be based on-site. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be expected to provide comprehensive technical support, manage system configurations, and handle customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance for inquiries related to Android and Apple devices and systems.
- Utilize Cisco and Citrix technologies to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Accurately manage and update customer records in the database.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to system operations.
- Perform regular checks and updates on EO/IR systems to ensure optimal performance.
