Sr. Financial Analyst

Our manufacturing client, located in Novi, MI, is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their team on an interim basis. The ideal candidate has previous consolidations experience, is analytical and has used OneStream.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Utilize OneStream software for financial consolidation and reporting
• Undertake financial analysis to aid in informed decision-making
• Apply analytical skills to interpret financial data and trends
• Develop financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial needs and deliver appropriate solutions
• Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Generate financial reports for senior management to review.

The ideal candidate will have the following skill sets:

• Proficiency in OneStream software
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Experience in consolidations and financial modeling
• Expertise in budgeting and forecasting
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving ability
