We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in our Real Estate Property/Facilities Management team based in Chicago, Illinois. This role involves maintaining a well-organized and efficient workplace, processing customer applications, and updating customer records.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process customer credit applications
  • Maintain and update customer credit records
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and emails
  • Handle and distribute mail accordingly
  • Update information packets and reports
  • Enter payments into the system as required
  • Manage work orders efficiently
  • Gather and communicate tenant issues to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor
  • Use Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Adobe tools for administrative tasks
  • Greet visitors and maintain the reception area
  • File documents and maintain department files. • Proficiency in maintaining and managing department files
  • Ability to handle filing tasks efficiently
  • Experience in answering inbound calls professionally and courteously
  • Proficient in managing email correspondence
  • Skilled in faxing documents as per the required standards
  • Ability to create reports based on data and information provided
  • Experience in managing mail distribution within the office
  • Familiarity with voicemail systems and their operation.
