Corporate Accountant - 2 days onsite

Our client, a well-established and growing international private equity and real estate investment firm, is seeking a Corporate Accountant to join their Boston-based team. Responsibilities:

• Oversee expenditure cycles, including GL coding accuracy and expense approvals.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team on invoice processing, vendor file maintenance, and international/domestic wire payments.
• Handle 1099 tax filings and vendor inquiries.
• Manage revenue cycles, including billing foreign entities and recording receipts.
• Perform daily reviews of bank activity and complete month-end close tasks such as reconciliations and reporting.
• Support ad hoc projects, audits, and vendor communications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience (month-end close, GL, reconciliations).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Experience in real estate accounting is a plus but not required.
