Customer Service Representative

We are offering a contract for a Customer Service Representative position in Dayton, Ohio. In this role, you will be part of a team that handles a new member group, primarily focusing on managing disability payments and maintaining consistent communication with doctors and employers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls to assist with paperwork related to leave
• Efficiently process disability payments
• Maintain regular email and fax correspondence with doctors and employers
• Engage in data entry tasks to keep customer records updated and accurate
• Carry out occasional outbound calls to doctors for updates
• Use Microsoft Excel for basic data management and Outlook for email communication
• Apply customer service skills to ensure a satisfactory experience for all members.

• Proven experience in answering inbound calls, adept at managing high volume workload.
• Demonstrable skills in providing excellent customer service, with a commitment to resolving customer issues promptly.
• Proficiency in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Experience in email correspondence, ensuring detail oriented and timely communication with customers.
• Familiarity with both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a balance between customer service and sales objectives.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, able to utilize the application for data organization and reporting.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
