Nurse Supervisor - NS-24-14274

Pay Rate: $80 - $92 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop programs to enhance patient care and employee performance.
• Monitor patient care performance, assess units with nurse managers, and assist with corrective actions.
• Develop record-keeping systems to track medication errors and counseling efforts.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Education: BSN required; Master's degree preferred.
• Licenses:
• RN License (Primary Source Verification required)
• BLS (AHA)

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience in emergency services administration.
• Proven ability to implement and oversee patient care improvement initiatives.
