A trusted leader in residential HVAC services is looking to hire an HVAC Install Senior Team Lead to join their residential team in York, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of residential HVAC installation technicians to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and to the highest standards.
Perform expert installations of residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, furnaces (gas and oil), ductless split systems, boilers, and geothermal units, among others.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and on-the-job training to HVAC helpers and junior technicians, sharing knowledge to foster team development.
Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the broader team to solve challenges and ensure project success.
Complete all necessary job documentation and paperwork accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
Uphold safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for all team members and customers.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers, maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor.
