Machine Operator Helper/Production Associate
Are you not afraid to get your hands dirty and accustomed to harsh environments? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator Helper/Production Associate with sit down forklift experience for an industrial recyling facility that manufactures paperboard and specialty converting. Basic Math, Tape Measure, and Computer Skills a MUST. Qualifications:
- Ability to work in harsh environments, including extreme temperatures, dust, or noise.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Tape Measure
- Basic Math & Computer Skills
- Experience operating forklifts in a production setting - 10% of job.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks as required.
May work overtime and on weekend occasionally
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Stooping/bending/squatting/pulling/pushing, twisting of the trunk and neck, reaching and grasping/squeezing
- Tolerance for working in varying temperatures and conditions.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist machine operators with setup, operation, and upkeep of machinery.
- Shrink wrapping pallets
- Assembly line for rotary cut
- Cross training throughout departments
- Load and unload materials using sit down forklifts - 10% of job.
- Perform routine visual inspections on machinery for hazards and report.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Monitor production processes and report any issues or deviations to supervisors.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to quality and safety.
