Overview:

Wolf & Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the WolfPAC Solutions Group. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for defining and executing a strategy to meet and exceed company new client sales & growth goals, financial goals, drive profitable growth, and build client satisfaction and loyalty for the WolfPAC Integrated Risk Management solution brand.

The RSM will be primarily responsible for generating new sales volume within Financial, Healthcare and Manufacturing verticals in an assigned region. Additionally, the RSM will be tasked with the responsibility of identifying opportunities for Wolf’s overall risk management product and service line for prospective clients in the designated regions throughout the US and report those opportunities to the senior management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve quarterly corporate objectives for products, services, revenue, and profitability within a designated territory
  • Build a world class sales culture in the designated territory by effectively managing and servicing existing clients and identifying and closing new prospect target clients as identified and measured by an individual quota
  • Ensure the management of a pipeline consistent with exceeding budgeted objectives
  • Drive individual achievement of revenue targets
  • Personally lead sales process to closure in designated region

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years experience with proven success
  • Experience selling SaaS to Financial Institution and Healthcare markets
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and within all levels of the organization.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to prospects, clients, and industry trade/networking and educational events
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Sandler Selling System or other sales methodologies desirable

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
