We’re looking for a Product Segment Sales Manager (PSSM) – Tour, Charter, and Limo (TCL) to take the lead in driving sales and market expansion for this key segment. This is a high-impact role where you'll develop and execute sales strategies, train and support the sales team, and position yourself as the go-to expert for the TCL product line.

As a trusted leader, you’ll work directly with the Vice President of Sales, shaping our approach and influencing both internal teams and external partners. Your ability to build relationships, uncover opportunities, and drive results will be crucial to success.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Market Growth
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and training plans for the TCL product segment.
  • Analyze market trends, industry innovations, and competitive positioning to drive sales strategies.
  • Identify growth opportunities and emerging markets to expand product reach.
  • Provide field sales teams with product expertise, training, and direct sales support.
  • Lead high-profile sales meetings and co-op calls with key accounts.
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader within the industry.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Guide and support sales teams in negotiations and closing complex deals.
  • Drive accountability for achieving sales quotas through direct and indirect efforts.
Customer & Industry Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
  • Manage high-profile accounts while ensuring customer needs shape market strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine local go-to-market approaches.
  • Represent Model 1 at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Track industry shifts, customer trends, and technological advancements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform pricing, product features, and market positioning.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly intelligence briefings to senior leadership.
  • Identify potential market disruptions and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Training & Sales Enablement
  • Develop and implement TCL product training programs for the sales team.
  • Create high-impact sales materials, including product guides and competitive insights.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and joint sales calls with reps.
  • Provide real-time coaching during critical sales engagements.
Performance Metrics
  • Revenue, unit sales, and profitability growth year-over-year.
  • Quota achievement (quarterly and annual).
  • Market share expansion and penetration into new segments.
  • Forecast accuracy and impact of competitive intelligence reports.
  • Key account success and customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of proven experience within the shuttle bus industry to tour, charter, and limo companies or a complimentary industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in market research and competitive intelligence.
  • Proven track record of managing a large sales territory and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven experience in sales training and team coaching.
  • Proficiency in advanced market research tools and CRM software.
  • The candidate must have a willingness to travel via plane and car within the US approximately 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience within a large regional / national dealership atmosphere is a plus.
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret complex market and sales data.
  • Strong strategic thinking and forward-looking market analysis capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience within the shuttle bus industry.

Company retains the sole discretion to change the duties of the position at any time.

Pay Range: $95,000 to $120,000 plus commission and a quarterly/annual bonus plan
