Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening, and orientation.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits enrollment and changes.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including performance appraisals and employee development plans.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with HR projects, initiatives, and compliance activities.
• Prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
