A Senior Living Facility in Rensselaer, Indiana, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellness Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Wellness Nurse will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine medical procedures.

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards of practice.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications: Current and valid LPN or RN license in the state of Indiana.

Previous experience in a senior living facility or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
