We are looking for a Member Experience Manager (MXM) to work closely with the Owner and Manager to build something great.

The MXM will head up our member training/coaching program.
Compensation is competive the personal training national average and is combination of base rate and comission (for conducting personal training sessions).
If interested, you must have coaching/training experience and be self motivated with the ability to motivate others.
Qualifications to include:
- Personal Trainer, CPR, and First Aid certifications
- Experience as a Personal Trainer
- Proficient in Windows based operating systems (Word, Excel, Windows, etc)
- ability to coach others
- good verbal and written communications skills
