Job Description- Oversee and direct construction projects from start to finish.
- Supervise the construction project administration staff and construction engineers, while collaborating with project superintendents to set operational priorities.
- Forecast, track, and report project costs and revenue, ensuring adherence to project estimates.
- Resolve issues related to labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment, and contracts/subcontracts administration.
- Coordinate with the construction Safety Manager to complete projects in accordance with established safety goals.
- Foster strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers.
- Maintain proper documentation throughout the project, including RFI logs and change orders.

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years running construction projects from inception to completion
- Light Industrial construction project experience preferred
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
- Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
- Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
- Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
- Base salary of $105,000- $125,000, depending on level of experience
