Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are in the Wholesale Distribution sector, based in Richmond, Virginia, United States and we're currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This role primarily involves direct interaction with our clients, ensuring their orders are processed and completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Efficiently process phone and email orders from designated customers, locations, and branches.
• Handle all other orders received daily and assist with additional requests as needed.
• Communicate with customers via email for order confirmation and respond to their queries.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements for processing all orders.
• Generate reports as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Assist in creating invoices and monthly billing for our clients.
• Contribute to the annual inventory process.
• Address customer complaints and process return authorizations as necessary.
• Utilize skills in Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Customer Service, Call Center Customer Service, Communication Skills, and handling Purchase Orders. • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
• Proficiency in Data Entry is required
• Experience with Invoice Processing is necessary
• Must be skilled in using Microsoft Excel
• Excellent customer service skills are essential
• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with handling Purchase Orders is preferred
• Bilingual language skills are a must for this role. Fluency in both written and spoken English and another language is required.
