Sr Planview Application Analyst (Remote)

job summary: Seeking a Sr Planview Application Analyst for a 12 month contract- possible extension as well.

Im seeking a Sr Planview Application Analyst that can assist with service tickets, enhancments and configurations within the planview application. The ideal candidate will have experience working within Planview PPM Pro, Servicenow, Monday.com, and smart sheets. This is not a project manager role but someone that can assist the team with the implementation, configuration, and enchancement of the application.

responsibilities: Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Lead the estimation of enhancement or support requests.
• Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.
• Liaise with business systems stakeholders and software vendor's implementation staff, ensuring alignment of business needs with delivery of systems changes.
• Develop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflows; proactively identify opportunities to improve business workflow with technology improvements.
• Participate in training and work with end users.
• Troubleshoot problems and questions.
• Provide end-user support for issues entered into tracking systems.
• Review the status of projects and issues with project leadership.
• Provide mentorship for other peers and leadership to solve problems, even if it's outside of their normal responsibilities/scope.
• Be a leader on internal process design and documentation to drive continuous improvement for the IT department or team.
• Ability to work within normal business hours, as well as on-call, with potential for nights and weekends.
• Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
• Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

• Ability to operate telephone system and computer keyboard and printer.
• Ability to work in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
