Extrusion Process Development Engineer
Are you an experienced engineer with hands-on experience running design experiments with extrusion and plastic injection mold machines? Our client is seeking an experienced Extrusion Process Development Engineer to join their team in Rochester, NY.
Must have skills:
- Extrusion experience
- Plastic Injection Mold
- Analytical and Lab Testing (i.e. Tensile, Flexural, Izod, Gardner, Melt Flow Index, Moisture Analyzer, Color Spectrometer, etc.)

salary: $95,000 - 100,000 per year
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Running lab equipment including extrusion and plastic injection mold machinery to test new products being developed.
- Adjusting conditions and formulas to optimize results.
- Compiling and analyzing test data, reporting results
- Creating SOPs for manufacturing of finalized products
