Regional Talent Acquisition Lead
Overview:
Renuity is seeking an experienced Talent Acqusition Lead with experience in high volume, full cycle recruiting. The Regional Recruiting Lead (for Renuity's eastern region) is responsible for executing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and providing close-knit guidance and support to the hiring teams within the region!

What You'll Do:
Identifying staffing needs:
- Partner with the business to define an overall recruiting strategy factoring in market forces, workforce planning and internal needs of the team
- Lead day-to-day recruiting operations for a team of 3-5 recruiters.
- Work with the team to develop unique full cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria/questions for each role
- Be a key point of reference for the development and execution of Talent Attraction and Sourcing expertise across the Region
- Carry out selection processes to find the most suitable candidates
- Use online channels and professional networks to find applicants
- Write job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the needs of each position
- Plan and participate in job fairs and community outreach initiatives
- Understands the market(s) through proactive research
Process Improvement:
- Assist in enhancing the overall candidate experience from application through first few weeks of employment.
Team Development:
- Assist in building and leading a diverse and remote team
- Coaching and mentoring multiple reporting lines within the Regional TA team
- Remove roadblocks for recruiters, allowing them to work efficiently.
Reporting/Data:
- Monitor and help track key performance metrics for the recruiters
- Monitor and bring awareness to attrition data
- Provide recruiting status updates to Regional Leadership and/or TA leadership
- Performance vs targets, sourcing/recruiting challenges/issues
Other:
- Establish strong relationships, building trust, open and confidential communication, collaboration, and insight
- Act as a resource within and across HR groups in support of special projects, cross-functional initiatives
- Contribute to developing and executing our strategy to attract the best talent and streamline the hiring process.
What You'll Bring:
Candidate Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Recruitment, or similar
- At least five years’ experience in a recruitment role
- Expert knowledge of all interviews, assessment, and selection techniques
- Expert knowledge of HR databases and applicant tracking systems
- Vast experience with common HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong decision-making ability
- Preferred people leading experience
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to and within regions up to 10%
