Growth Operations Analyst

RP is seeking a Growth Operations Analyst to support the company’s growth activities across various federal agencies. The ideal candidate for the Growth Operations Analyst role is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment.This is an entry-level position with opportunities to grow within RP’s organization. You’ll work in a people-first environment that promotes learning, collaboration, and strategic thinking to drive long-lasting value for our federal customers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the RP Growth pipeline in our CRM: Ensure that the information tracked is accurate and up to date and work with members of the Growth Team to ensure pipeline deal progression
- Identify, research, and evaluates new business opportunities using tools such as GovWin IQ, SAM.GOV, FPDS, Government Agency Websites, and open source information
- Responsible for documenting findings and presenting new business opportunity research in recurring team meetings.
- Support solutioning and partnering discussions: Assist in gathering information and preparing materials for discussions with potential partners and stakeholders
- Support proposal development: Assist in assembling materials, formatting, and reviewing content for proposals, RFIs, and other formal submissions
- Organize capture activities: Gather and centralize information from deal owners and ensure information repositories remain organized and accessible
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and systems: Ensure that all standard operating procedures, documentation, and tools used in growth process are organized and up to date
- Assist with meeting scheduling, preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups: Provide administrative support to ensure meetings run smoothly, and action items are addressed.
- Manage major IDIQs, and GWACs, including monitoring opportunities and overseeing the process for Task Order distribution
- Present and report out: Prepare reports, and present updates on areas of responsibility in meetings as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience or internship in federal contracting, business development, or related field
- Interest in pursuing a career in government consulting and business development
- Strong research and analytical skills
