• Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities and workflows for a team of 25+ employees.
• Set production goals, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout production processes.
• Actively participate on the line when required, assisting with hands-on assembly.
• Train, mentor, and monitor team members in equipment operation and processes.
• Enforce company policies, ensuring a respectful, productive work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues swiftly to avoid downtime.
• Oversee inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and report discrepancies.
