Outside Sales Representative

Our client, a large Commercial Construction subcontractor is actively looking for a Sales Representative for their Nashville location. This is a salaried position that offers competitive pay, amazing benefit package, and a great atmosphere.
Objectives:
- Develop and assist in all sales and build customer relations
- Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
- Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of projects including labor
- Assist in the management of the operational capabilities
- Drive performance so that each project is completed under budget and on schedule
- Develop and enforce best practices to endure operational efficiency
- Work directly with Upper Management to set goals for revenue and productivity
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
Desired Skills:
- Experience with construction and building materials preferred
- Must possess excellent skills in math, writing, public relations, communications, and negotiations
- College Degree preferred but not required.
