Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer data into the system ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date
• Assist in creating and managing tickets for customer inquiries and concerns
• Attend to customer inquiries via email correspondence, providing timely and accurate responses
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to perform calculations and generate reports
• Ensure all customer records are organized and easily accessible
• Deliver excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly
• Utilize 10 Key Skills to efficiently process customer credit applications
• Conduct scanning of relevant documents and files for record-keeping purposes
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent errors in data entry and other tasks
• Perform typing tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Demonstrated ability in using 10 Key Skills
• Proven experience in a Customer Service role
