Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our company. This individual will play a crucial role in the overall supply chain management, striving to streamline processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage the logistics function, including inbound/outbound freight scheduling, transportation, and inventory control.
2. Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure a smooth process.
3. Oversee the ordering, storage, and distribution of goods.
4. Efficiently solve problems related to transportation and logistics systems.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and shipment records.
6. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to transportation and storage.
7. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience in logistics or similar role.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
4. Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
5. Outstanding problem-solving skills.
6. Strong negotiation skills.
7. Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
