  • Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to carry out administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and organize files efficiently, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
  • Schedule and manage appointments effectively, ensuring no conflicts arise.
  • Operate switchboards for 1-10 lines, ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
