Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to records and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other office communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation as needed.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure resources are always available.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks, such as data entry, document formatting, and research assignments.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office workflows and efficiency.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other common office software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
