AS we scale, we are seeking a senior level Head of Deployment to lead our deployment strategies for key clients.
Position Overview:
Lenora is seeking a highly organized and proactive Head of Deployment to lead the successful rollout of our innovative healthcare solutions to key charter clients. This role is designed for a strategic operator who will be responsible for both designing and implementing Lenora’s deployment program.You will ensure that our solutions integrate seamlessly with client systems, working with cross-functional teams to track financial and operational KPIs while building long-term client relationships. Your leadership will be critical in delivering value-based healthcare outcomes and long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Need:
- 10+ years of senior-level program/project management experience, ideally within healthcare, Healthtech, or employee benefits.
- Proven leadership in deploying complex healthcare or enterprise technology solutions.
- Experience in designing and scaling deployment programs from the ground up.
- Familiarity with value-based care models, healthcare claims, and related performance metrics (preferred).
- Strong project management skills, with expertise in tools like Microsoft Project or Asana.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Program Leadership & Deployment:
- Lead the deployment of Lenora’s HaaS solution from strategic planning to post-launch support.
- Develop scalable processes, workflows, and documentation for successful deployment across multiple stakeholders.
- Oversee detailed project plans to ensure timelines, milestones, and key deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, technology, finance) for seamless service delivery.
- Client Onboarding & Relationship Management:
- Lead client onboarding, ensuring a smooth, supportive experience throughout the deployment process.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Implement change management strategies for the successful adoption of Lenora’s healthcare solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions for clients and partners on the Lenora platform.
- Data Management & KPI Oversight:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ERISA) during program design, deployment, and operations.
- Coordinate the collection and analysis of data to establish and track KPIs for financial and operational success.
- Leverage Lenora’s Healthcare Intelligence Analytics Platform to measure and report on key performance indicators.
- Financial Process Management:
- Oversee the pay agent process, managing financial transactions between clients and their healthcare service providers.
- Implement processes for value-based care payments within Lenora’s partner ecosystem.
