Project Management Consultant

You will work closely with contractors and vendors at the project site, and will have the opportunity to coordinate activities with various stakeholders, such as suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local community officials.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing assigned projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and safety objectives
• Monitor and assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance on assigned projects
• Participate in walk downs of planned work, validate acceptance of completed work to design requirements, and review contractor payment requests
• Verify constructability of projects, ensure proper resource allocation, assess field status, and resolve issues as necessary
• Coordinate project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local community officials
• Assist in controlling project scope, overseeing budget, resolving technical issues, reporting performance, scheduling, and managing work-in-progress
• Interface with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies
• Reinforce expectations related to safety procedure compliance, lessons learned, corrective action, and appropriate work behaviors for employees and contractor staff
• Coordinate activities or groups such as safety programs, engineering, construction, budget analytics, and contract administration
• Interface with projects designated management committee
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned • Proficient in reporting and analytics tools

• Experience in payment processing systems
• Familiarity with budget processes and financial management
• Understanding of quality assurance and control procedures
• Skilled in project scheduling and timeline management
• Competence in project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to coordinate and manage vendors and suppliers
• Adept at tracking project progress and productivity
• Background in engineering or construction is preferred
• Ability to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Capable of providing oversight on project tasks and deliverables
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to project execution
• Experience with commission functions and expense account management
• Familiarity with validation plans and corrective action procedures
• Knowledge of contract administration and management
• Understanding of cyber security principles and practices
• Proficient in managing interfaces and system integrations
• Skilled in resource allocation and workforce management
