On Call Sales Greeter

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an On Call Sales Greeter in Saint Johns, Florida. This role operates within the industry and involves supporting various communities within a 20-minute radius. As an On Call Sales Greeter, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience, supporting the sales team, and helping to achieve team goals.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering a luxury experience to customers visiting the sales center
• Assisting with administrative tasks to support the sales team
• Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries
• Registering homeowners interested in purchasing a home
• Ensuring the sales center and model home maintain a high standard of appearance
• Organizing and assembling Sales Brochures
• Being available for coverage at the sales centers as needed. • Exceptional skills in customer service, with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships
• Experience in sales, preferably in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, adept at handling customer queries and providing solutions
• Familiarity with 'About Time' software to manage and track work hours effectively
• Proven experience in administrative assistance including scheduling, reporting, and other clerical tasks
• Knowledge of 'Go' programming language - though not mandatory, this could be a valuable asset for the role
• Experience in creating and handling brochures, with an ability to effectively communicate product information
• Comfortable working with homeowners, preferably with some experience in the real estate sector
• Familiarity with NAS Technologies, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional customer experience, with a commitment to continuously improving service delivery.
