Job Description- Talent Management: Lead recruitment, hiring, and on boarding efforts to attract and retain high-performing talent. Develop and implement programs focused on employee skill development and career advancement.
- Performance Management: Create and implement performance management systems that promote accountability, continuous improvement, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering open communication.

- Prior progressive job experience
- Proficiency with data/excel to make decisions
- Must be able to come onsite 5 days/week
- Base Salary up to $130,000
- 10% bonus
