Job Description- This role is critical in providing support to our team through various administrative tasks
- Manage inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle data entry tasks and maintain customer records
- Manage email correspondence effectively and promptly
- Coordinate and schedule appointments as required
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for various tasks
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Assisting with physical/digital paperwork
- Reconciling information: Part number lot / complex paperwork exercise
- Cross training will be provided
- Scheduling vendor meetings/meeting record keeping
