Job Description
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with the company's goals.
  • Lead and manage the Sales team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Drive new and existing client strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all sales-related legal and ethical requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of Sales should have:

  • Engineering Degree Desired.
  • A strong technical sales background.
  • Background in fluid control or selling into Medical ideal. Automotive also a huge plus.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team, and driving revenue targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A high degree of professionalism and integrity.
