Assumes responsibility for coordinating and facilitating quality improvement activities.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:
RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing required, MSN preferred.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a healthcare setting, e.g., hospital, home health care, long-term care setting.
- On-site presence at both Pennsylvania and New Jersey offices; remote work available subject to management discretion.
- 3 year home care/hospice experience.
- 1 year of quality improvement experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledgeable of federal and state home care/hospice regulations.
- Knowledgeable of home care/hospice accreditation and compliance regulations and activities.
- Knowledgeable of quality improvement principles and activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and other PC applications.
- Experience in electronic medical record documentation preferred.
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to travel to other locations as necessary.
LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Current New Jersey and Pennsylvania RN license required.
- Valid driver’s license.
